Course content

Health & Safety:

• Understanding and implementing hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Familiarising with safety measures related to spray tanning equipment and products.

Contraindications:

• Identifying factors that may prevent clients from receiving spray tanning treatments.
• Conducting thorough consultations to assess client suitability and minimise risks.

Pre-treatment Prep:

• Educating clients on pre-treatment steps to achieve optimal tanning results.
• Preparing the skin through exfoliation and moisturisation for an even tan application.

Application:

• Learning proper spray tanning techniques to achieve seamless and streak-free results.
• Understanding product selection and adjusting application techniques based on client preferences.

Aftercare:

• Providing clients with post-treatment instructions to maintain and prolong their tan.
• Offering advice on skincare routines and products to enhance and preserve the longevity of the tan.

Additional information

All courses require a £25 deposit when booking (enquire now for payment options) or can be paid in full. Theory work will be sent via email at least a week prior to your practical. Questions attached to the theory will needed to be completed and score 80% or above to pass. Certificate presented on day of course on successful completion.  

All courses include a £10 voucher to use for lunch at Saints on the day of the practical (excluding online courses). 

You will be given a notebook for notes on the day to keep.
