The Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Mat Work (RQF) with Entire Training provides students with the knowledge, understanding and skills to instruct Pilates teaching. Complete the qualification through our distance learning approach, offering flexibility of study and supported by our Entire Training tutors.

Many of those who complete the Level 3 Diploma in delivering Pilates sessions qualification often go on to complete the Level 3 Award in Developing Exercise Sessions for Older Adults course to further their knowledge

Qualifications

Upon completion, students will receive a Focus Awards Level 3 Instructing Pilates Matwork qualification.

Assessments

This can be completed nationwide through our distance learning delivery method and assessed via course work and practical based video assessments. Students will be expected to complete online portfolio work utilising the e-learning platform, and tutor support that will deliver both the practical and theory-based understanding.

Requirements

Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification is required to enrol onto our Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Mat Work course.
