  • Recognising adverse reactions or responses to the heat and pressure of the stones.
• Consultation and Assessment:
  • Client assessment procedures including health history, skin sensitivity and preferences.
  • Assessing the client's physical and emotional state to tailor the massage session.
• Massage Techniques with Hot Stones:
  • Learning proper techniques for using heated stones to massage the body effectively.
  • Understanding the placement and movement of stones on different areas of the body.
• Massage Sequence:
  • Sequencing of massage techniques for a full-body hot stone massage session.
  • Ensuring a smooth flow and rhythm of the massage to promote relaxation and stress relief.
